We consider our tenants and renters to be Partners in Urban Ministry. We proudly offer extra value to each of our partners, and to the hundreds of people served by them, by providing very affordable and centrally-located space.

In addition to long-term tenancy, we offer space for rent of one-time and regularly scheduled events and meetings.
